BEGINNER TO CROSSFIT
This program is designed to do exactly as it says, guide you from a Beginner in CrossFit or Fitness, to a regular CrossFitter, feeling fitter, faster stronger and tip top all round!
The Beginners Program is three one on one Personal Training sessions. These sessions are arranged at times to suit you. You will be training with one of our fully qualified experienced coaches in a private setting.
Included in the cost is a 4 week Unlimited CrossFit Membership, usually £79. As you progress through your one to one sessions you can decide when to start on these.
All you need to do to get started is get booked in for a Free Discovery Session.
A Discovery session is a 15-20min conversation here at the gym where we will find out a little about you, show you what we offer here and explain how we can help you achieve your goals!
